Meet The Tire Industry's "Public Enemy Number One"

Gadjah Tungual and other manufacturers. Mr. Kaster is nationally recognized for his expertise in tire-related vehicular accidents and has made presentations on the subject to law enforcement, civic groups, as well as numerous legal professional organizations.
Mr. Kaster has been featured in The Wall Street Journal where he was characterized as " public enemy number one " of the tire industry and the nation's foremost authority on tires and their defects. He has also been featured in The New York Times, The St. Petersburg Times, The Associated Press and Bloomberg. He has appeared on American and Canadian television on CNN, Dateline, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News and CBC's The Fifth Estate. He has often been quoted in USA Today, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Ocala Star-Banner and numerous other newspapers and news magazines including extensive in-depth interviews in Esquire Magazine and The Detroit News and Free Press. He has also been rated by ALM and Martindale-Hubbell as 2013 Top Rated Lawyer who practices Personal Injury Law & Medical Malpractice Law in 2013.
He was a technical advisor to the Attorneys General in their nationwide litigation against Firestone. He has lectured to law enforcement, legal and civic groups and has appeared in Congress in support of national Sunshine in Litigation legislation in an attempt to remove the veil of secrecy imposed by overreaching protective orders in Federal Court proceedings. (His Statement can be viewed here)
Over the past several decades protective orders have allowed industry to hide information about the defective nature of their products from the public allowing widespread safety hazards to go unchecked. This is particularly true in the tire and auto industries resulting in countless unnecessary serious injuries and deaths.
